Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer free returns. You will need to create your own return label through your chosen shipping carrier. Please include your name and order number clearly noted within the package.
Items being returned are the customer's responsibility, so please ensure that they are wrapped well and packed securely for their journey back to us.
Remember to keep proof of postage and your tracking number in case you need to contact your courier about the package. Once a return has been agreed upon, notify us again once you've shipped the package. Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original purchase upon successful arrival of the defective item.
