Our Shipping Policy

Our workshop is closed on weekends to give our hardworking elves some time off, so any orders placed after normal working hours Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Our elves aim to process orders either the same or next day, depending what on time the order was placed and volume of orders they receive each day. 

All ornaments are carefully wrapped before packaging- most will have both bubble wrap and/or tissue paper layers before being packed into their envelope or box.

All domestic orders are carried by either Evri or DPD, depending upon shipping destination, materials, and time of shipping. Orders going outside of the UK will be carried by Royal Mail until receipt by your local carrier (for example, the USPS will usually be the carrier for US-destined orders). As always, these delivery estimations are only approximations:

Standard UK Delivery: 2 to 4 business days

Standard EU Delivery: 2 to 11 days

Standard International Delivery: 3 to 17 days

Latest Shipping Dates to Receive in Time for Christmas for UK: 15th of December

While various couriers advertise differing latest shipping dates to receive parcels by Christmas, we recommend December 15 as an absolute deadline for UK orders. Shipping times are dependent upon distance, couriers' workloads, traffic, and millions of other variables that are often out of our hands. For these reasons we recommend early ordering for best chances of receipt by Christmas. The earlier you order, the more likely you are to have your decorations by your desired date, and the longer you can enjoy them for!

Exceptionally distant destinations may require extra time for delivery.
